Because our products are specially printed and unique for each campaign, they will only be eligible for refunds if the product itself is defective, if the print quality is poor, or if the final product is materially different from the product presented on the site. You must submit a claim within 2 days after you receive it. If there is a problem with your product, please contact through the contact information provided by us. You will need your order number and the email address used to place the order. We will use this information to find replacements and prevent errors in the future. Any unauthorized returns, or exchanges of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for return or replacement, and the goods will be forfeited. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping rates.

How Long Does A Return Take To Process?

We review claims within 72 business hours. After determining that your order qualifies for a replacement or exchange, you will receive a new order confirmation that will allow you to track the progress of your replacement/exchange. Replacement orders generally take 5 – 10 business days for processing.

Refund

Shopbelike does not provide refunds for Fees paid. We’ll refund to the customer if the customer requests a cancellation before the order is processed and sent to our fulfilment department.
